The first floor of the Fava Building, 1840s Cabaret, features fun and exciting Latin-inspired décor. The event space was originally designed for a tango club and restaurant and now offers a perfect reception venue for dining and dancing. With convenient entrance from the 1840s Plaza courtyard, outdoor facilities for seating and cocktails can be reserved as well.

Note:
When two weddings are held on the same floor on Saturdays, the same caterer must be used by both parties. Choice of caterer goes to the first scheduled lessee. Choice of caterer must be made within 8 weeks or within one month of notification of second event; whichever comes first. If not, caterer of choice goes to the first person notifying decision of caterer.
Free room at the 1840s Carrollton Inn in the Congressional Room or a room/suite valued up to $150.00 to wedding couples only and based upon availability.

Reservations:
Date for 1840s Cabaret will only be held by a 50% deposit in cash or check. Balance due three months prior to the event. If canceled more than six months
in advance, there will be a $500 refund. If canceled between three and six months
in advance there will be a $50 refund. Three months and under, no refund.

Rental includes 110 Chivari chairs, 11-60" round tables
