The
second floor of the Fava Building, 1840s City Lites, is an exciting
new venue for meetings and parties. City Lites boasts a fun lounge-like atmosphere
complete with overstuffed couches and the historic White Tower
Diner, a centerpiece attraction when the building housed the Baltimore City Life
Museums. This unique setting is ideal for cocktail parties, networking events,
fundraisers, bar and bat mitzvahs, and other corporate and private events.

Hours:
Mondays-Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Saturdays-Sundays: 11:00 a.m. to
12:00 a.m.
Exceptions:
Two events may be held on
Saturdays in May, June, September & October, with one starting in the afternoon
(12 - 4 p.m.) and the second beginning at 6 p.m.
Caterer:
A caterer may be chosen from our approved list.

Caterers must provide proof of license and insurance. An additional kitchen fee
will be charged for caterers not on the approved list.
Note:
When two events are held on Saturdays, the same caterer must be used by both parties.
Choice of caterer goes to the first scheduled lessee. Choice of caterer must be
made within 8 weeks or within one month of notification of second event; whichever
comes first. If not, caterer of choice goes to the first person notifying decision
of caterer.

Reservations:
Date for 1840s
City Lites will only be held by a 50% deposit in cash or check. Balance
due three months prior to the event. If canceled more than six months in advance,
there will be a $500 refund. If canceled between three and six months in advance
there will be a $50 refund. Three months and under, no refund.

Rental includes 160 Chivari chairs, 16-60" round tables
